As we kick off the new semester, we want to ensure everything is in place for a successful tutoring journey. Understanding Our Service Policies
To maintain consistency for our students and fair compensation for our tutors, we have updated our cancellation policies for this semester.
CANCELLATION OVERVIEW
Students are allowed 2 cancellations per semester per weekly session without rescheduling. Additional cancellations must be rescheduled or will incur a 50% session fee. Late cancellations (3-24 hours notice) incur a $50 fee, while last-minute/no-shows (less than 3 hours) are $75 initially, then the full session fee thereafter.
Virtual Sessions are always available as a flexible alternative!
